Springboard IT is seeking an IT Services & Project Coordinator to help support our business and education clients. On a day to day basis, this role will be responsible for ensuring that resource scheduling, project execution, and end user requests are being handled in an efficient and organized manner. To be a perfect fit for this role, you are the type of person that gets energized by the idea of building and working through a "To Do" list and that takes pride in the ability to directly contribute to the department running as a well-oiled machine.

Note: This position requires a five day per week presence at our HQ in Center City Philadelphia as well as full COVID-19 vaccination.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years experience in dynamic administrative, operations, or support role. 
    • Experience in a Help Desk or IT environment is a definite plus.
  • Previous experience in resource scheduling or project coordinating.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Very strong organizational skills.
  • Confidence in your interpersonal skills and ability to develop peer relationships.
  • A desire to learn about supporting Mac infrastructures and applications.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a high speed dynamic environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Must have a High School Diploma, a current Drivers license, and pass a criminal and child abuse background check.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in scheduling of all technical resources for project and service requests.
  • Monitor and identify open items in need of attention within the Help Desk's ticketing system.
  • "Close the loop." Identify, assign out, and confirm resolution of items in need of attention.
  • Facilitate inbound and outbound service-related shipments in a timely fashion.
  • Assist in execution of internal projects and service delivery improvement initiatives.
  • Regularly review and quality check data points in the various department tools to identify and resolve incomplete items.
    • Hold team members accountable to department documentation standards.
  • Provide professional and courteous phone support via chat, email, and telephone to clients when needed.
  • Assist with development of Help Desk and Knowledge Base documentation.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Perform other job related duties as needed.
