Luxury AV Technician – Savant, Lutron, High-End Residential

What You’ll Do

• Install and program AV, lighting, shading, and control systems (Savant, Lutron, Sonos, TVs, shades, etc.).
• Deliver clean, reliable, and well-managed work that meets Springboard’s high standards.
• Solve problems on-site and ensure every detail is right—from cable terminations to perfectly tuned lights.
• Collaborate with a team that values respect, integrity, and zero ego.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years AV installation experience (residential preferred).
• Strong wiring, rack building, and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail—you take pride in work only another tech might ever see.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Lutron, Savant, Sonos, or networking required.

Pay Range: $32-$48 per hour dependent on experience and additional factors. This is an hourly, non-exempt role.
