As a Luxury A/V Project Manager for Residential Construction, you will be an integral part of our team, delivering exceptional service and expertise to our high-end clientele. You will be responsible for managing our most important projects from start to finish in some of the most unique and prestigious locations nationwide.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, embodies our core values, and is eager to take on challenges with a positive attitude. They will be excited to spend the majority of their time in the field, lead the installation team, and interface with luxury builders, architects and designers. This person will also be experienced in luxury residential construction and have hands on experience with A/V system design, wiring, installations, and programming in adherence to a detailed SOW. As a perk, this person will embrace frequent travel to diverse and interesting locations nationwide.

Day-to-Day Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee on-site installations: Ensure quality, safety, and timely execution.
  • Lead the crew: Assign tasks, mentor, and ensure daily milestones are met.
  • Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, vendors, and the team.
  • Technical prowess: Ensure A/V systems align with designs, conduct calibrations, and resolve glitches.
  • Be mobile: Frequently travel to interesting job sites nationwide.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A charismatic communicator: Stellar at both leadership and client interfacing. Possesses a strong desire to delight our clients and provide the very best customer service.
  • Experienced: Proven track record with installing Lutron lighting controls, A/V equipment, TVs, speakers, networking equipment, and motorized shades. Good understanding of luxury, residential construction.
  • Analytical: Excellent adherence to and experience with developing SOW's, punchlists, floorplans, and more. Good understanding of low-voltage wiring, A/V wiring, cabling, and more.
  • Problem-solver: Quick on your feet to resolve on-site problems as they arise. Analytical and calm while under pressure.
  • Handy: Basic carpentry and general handyperson skills required.
  • Other: Ability to lift 75 pounds, climb a 12-foot ladder, and perform manual work. Drivers license is required.
