Technology Sales Consultant

Springboard Media is growing and we’re looking to add awesome sales consultants to our Exton team!

Springboard Media is a locally owned and operated Apple Premier Partner - Apple's highest distinction of independent authorized reseller.  We sell Macs, iPads, iPhones and all of the accessories that go with them and do so with a consultative approach that we pride ourselves on.  We also sell home automation and home audio products, as well as service everything that we sell.  We are always embracing new technologies, and our primary goal is an delightful customer experience.

Our sales team is dedicated to building relationships with customers in our retail stores. As a sales consultant you will work with consumers and businesses to create personalized solutions for all of their technology needs.  

 Who You Are:

  • You thrive in a commission sales environment, with 1+ years of retail or sales experience. Consultative sales experience is a plus.
  • You are versatile, willing to do what it takes to solve any problem and delight the customer.
  • You enjoy a fast-paced and high-energy team.
  • You are passionate about technology, particularly Apple products, and excited to learn more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional product knowledge.
  • Go above and beyond to ensure a great shopping experience.
  • Communicate Springboard Media’s core values to our customers.
  • Create a consultative atmosphere to ensure a client receives the best solution possible for their needs. 
  • Participate to exceed sales goals for yourself and the store.
  • Engage in ongoing professional sales and product training.
