The Mission

This is not a back-office coordinator role. It is a hands-on operations role for someone who wants to grow. You will help keep projects moving, support communication across the field and office, and learn how great projects are run from pre-wire through final commissioning.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the successful execution of luxury residential technology projects from start to finish
  • Help coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Attend job site meetings, walkthroughs, and coordination meetings
  • Track project progress, open items, and upcoming needs so nothing slips
  • Help manage scheduling, materials, documentation, and field communication
  • Communicate clearly with clients, builders, designers, and trade partners
  • Work closely with senior project managers, installers, programmers, and sales/design
  • Identify issues early, escalate appropriately, and help drive solutions
  • Support project closeout, punch lists, training coordination, and final turnover


What You Need

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Comfort working both in the field and in an office environment
  • Professional presence with clients, builders, designers, and trade partners
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Experience with luxury residential construction, AV integration, lighting control, shading, networking, or project coordination is a plus. If you are sharp, reliable, and eager to learn, we are open to training the right person.


Travel Expectation

  • Primary Hubs: Projects in Philadelphia and NYC are common.
  • The Road: Overnight stays are required.
  • The Destinations: Longer-distance travel may occur, including destinations such as Florida.
  • Fully Covered: All business travel beyond a normal commute is fully covered.
