Location: Philadelphia / NYC (Greater Region) + Travel
Compensation: $28–$44 per hour based on experience + a generous per diem for overnights

What You’ll Do

• Build, dress, terminate, and label custom low-voltage AV racks.
• Install TVs, speakers, motorized shades, and network gear.
• Assist with programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Work inside finished luxury homes where care and attention matter.

• 2+ years hands-on A/V, electrical, or construction experience
• Lutron Homeworks (or panelized lighting) certification and experience.
• Savant programming experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs / climb ladders.
• Professional presence with clients, builders, and designers

• Primary Hubs: Projects in Philadelphia and NYC are common. Overnight stays are required.
• The Destinations: Longer-distance travel may occur, such as to Florida.
