Project Coordinator

Springboard Media is on the market for an amazing Project Coordinator for our Home Automation division. We are looking for a self-driven professional wanting to help our growing home automation business thrive. This job requires a logistically minded person with strong customer service skills. An ideal candidate is highly motivated with excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills. Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience supporting an outside sales team or in an operations or administrative role.
  • Effective communications, both verbal and written.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to delight clients, both internal and external.
  • Familiarity with the home automation industry and brands a plus.
  • Ability to take on assignments and finish them effectively and on time.
  • Current driver's license.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Home Automation Operations
    • Coordinate logistics for sales and projects.​​
    • Answer inbound sales telephone calls, ensuring a delightful client experience.
    • Ensure deliverables are ordered, delivered, and invoiced properly for home automation sales and solutions.
    • Resolve client issues and incidents alone and through collaboration with team.
    • Work with team to build and standardize various departmental procedures.
    • Schedule appointments, discovery calls for Sales Consultants.
  • Home Automation Marketing
    • Coordinate with Graphic Designer to create and maintain beautiful marketing pieces and website content.
    • Maintain the department's client email list and create regular email blast schedule.
    • Coordinate with Retail Marketing department for in-store home automation promotional opportunities.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Manage calendar of weekly department meetings, keeping meeting minutes and communicating action items to all team members.
    •  Support team members as needed in various administrative duties.
    • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
