Account Coordinator

Springboard Media is on the market for an amazing Account Coordinator for our Professional and Education Services division. This job requires a logistically minded person with strong customer service skills. An ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional with excellent problem solving and time management skills. A technical background is not required for this position.  We are looking for a self-driven professional wanting to learn and grow. The perfect candidate for this job has professional experience supporting an outside sales team.  You will receive competitive pay, benefits, and an opportunity to learn and grow. 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience supporting an outside sales team or in a logistics or administrative role.
  • Passion for closure and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to take on assignments and finish them effectively and on time
  • Effective communications, both verbal and written.
  • High School degree, a current Drivers License, and pass a criminal and child abuse background check.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for complex professional sales and solutions.
  • Provide sales quotes to clients.
  • Answer inbound sales telephone calls.
  • Ensure deliverables are ordered, delivered, and invoiced properly for professional sales and solutions.
  • Resolve incidents, issues and problems alone and through collaboration with team.
  • Ensure key standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Help develop and actively take part in sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Track and manage current and potential client opportunities and correspondence through the use of customer relationship management software.
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Executives.
  • Schedule and participate in client calls (discovery, planning, etc.)
  • Responsible for providing reports on opportunity pipelines.
  • Pick, pack, and ship items as needed.
  • Coordinate project deliverables with Project Manager.
  • Attend Sales Meetings and be able to report on existing sales opportunities and current and future projects.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
